From the bustling corridors of a hospital to the serene petals of a blooming flower, my journey as a florist has been a transformative one, filled with moments of joy, inspiration, and love. As a child, I was captivated by the verdant beauty of my grandmother's garden, where I eagerly assisted her in nurturing her beloved plants. Despite my mischievous attempts to collect a few blooms for myself, my granny's watchful eye ensured her garden remained unharmed. Yet, those moments spent amidst the foliage ignited a passion within me that would continue to blossom over the years.

 

In my youth, weekend bike rides with my uncle led to adventurous foraging expeditions, where we returned with baskets brimming with nature's treasures. Although I may have been drawn to the most challenging blossoms, it was these shared moments that deepened my connection to the natural world and sparked my creativity.

Upon graduating and settling into a career in the health service, I discovered a newfound appreciation for expressing myself through arts and crafts. From seasonal decorations to preserving delicate bouquets, my hands found solace in the intricate beauty of floral arrangements. However, it was my own journey down the aisle, where I crafted my wedding blooms, that truly illuminated my path forward.

 

Driven by a desire to immerse myself in the artistry of floristry, I returned to college to hone my skills and embarked on a journey of self-discovery. With each petal carefully placed, I found fulfillment in creating bespoke arrangements that echoed the unique stories of my clients. For me, floristry is not merely a profession; it is a passion—an opportunity to spread joy and evoke emotions through nature's most exquisite creations. In every design, I strive to capture the essence of love, infusing each arrangement with warmth, beauty, and a touch of magic. For me, flowers symbolize more than just fleeting beauty; they are a testament to the enduring power of love and connection. With every bouquet I craft, I aim to impart that same sense of happiness and fulfillment that blooms within my heart.
